Data Deletion Instructions
At Cloudbase Solutions Lab, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to remove your data from the GrowSetu platform, please follow the instructions below.
1. Revoking Facebook Permissions
You can instantly revoke GrowSetu's access to your Facebook and Meta data directly from your Facebook account settings.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy menu.
- Click on Settings.
- Scroll down to Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
- Locate GrowSetu in the list of active integrations.
- Click Remove and follow the prompts to confirm.
Note: Revoking access will immediately stop our platform from fetching any new data from your connected Facebook Pages and ad accounts.
2. Requesting Full Data Deletion
To request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data stored on GrowSetu servers, you must submit a formal request via email.
What data will be deleted?
Your profile information, saved analytics, automation workflows, and any stored API tokens or configurations.
Verification Process & Timeline
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, the deletion process typically takes up to 7-14 business days.
Exceptions
Certain data may be retained temporarily solely for legal, security, or compliance reasons as required by law.
